How do I modify my order?

Changed your mind? No problem! You can edit your order before it is shipped by contacting modify@shippartyreturn.com. Changing the party pack theme will depend upon availability. Custom Party Packs cannot be modified once the design board has been approved by you, with the exception of changes in quantity.

What if I need my party pack sooner?

Can’t wait for that celebration? Changing your delivery to an earlier date is subject to availability, and you may incur expedited shipping charges, depending on the date and your location. As a general rule of thumb, as long as you are 2 weeks out from your delivery date, there should be no major issues with pulling in the date! We know plans change, so just email us at modify@shippartyreturn.com, and we can come up with a plan for you!

What if I need a more quantity for a bigger party?

Select from the following 4 party sizes: 12, 24, 36, or 48. For a party size with more than 48 guests, please contact us at custompartypack@shippartyreturn.com.

How do I cancel my order?

So sorry to hear that. Shoot us an email within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to cancel@shippartyreturn.com. Refer to Cancelling a Party Pack page for details on cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.

How to I apply a promotion code?

During checkout, there will be a section to enter in your discount code.

How do I apply a gift card?

During checkout, there will be a section to enter in your gift card information.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We are so excited for you to receive your party pack! Once your order has shipped, shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email that is associated with the order. If you don’t receive the shipping email within 5 days before your party date, please reach out to us at orders@shippartyreturn.com with your order number.

My product arrived damaged! What do I do?

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! Please contact us without 24 hours of receiving your package via email to damage@shippartyreturn.com. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive the return, and process the refund. Refund amount will depend on the product.

How do I place a custom order?

Do you need someone to make your vision board come to life? You’ve come to the right place! Give us all the juicy details on our Custom Parties page, and we will send your dream party pack right to your door step!

How do I purchase a gift card?

It must be your lucky day! Select any amount after you add Gift Card to your cart. Even if they don’t have a celebration in the near future, rest assured, because promotional value of the gift card never expires.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders $60 or more. All other orders under $60 has a flat shipping rate of $12.

Return party pieces from Extra Pack’s return shipping is always FREE. You will receive a prepaid label that will be sent in your party pack, and all you have to do is drop it off at your nearest UPS location by Day 5 of rental period.

Do you ship to my address?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states. Also, we are sorry to inform you that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. For international shipping outside the U.S., please reach out to us orders@shippartyreturn.com to get a quote for exact shipping price.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your party goodies with standard shipping between 1-3 business days, depending on your exact location.

What if I need my items faster?

Standard shipping is 1-5 business days. 2-day and overnight shipping is available for additional cost, depending on your location. Just shoot us an email to orders@shippartyreturn.com to get quote for exact price, and we will try to accommodate the best we can!

My party is less than 2 weeks away. Can I still order?

It depends on what you are ordering, but most likely, “YES!” We will do our best to help you out! Simply send us a message with your address, your party date, and the items you want to purchase to orders@shippartyreturn.com

What kinds of party packs can I order?

We offer Essential Pack and Extra Packs that are perfectly handpicked and designed by us. But we offer flexibility in how you want to plan your party through A La Carte, Build Your Own Party Pack, and Custom Party Packs! Descriptions of the various options are listed below. What is included in the Essential Pack?

This pack has all the essentials to throw a party. It includes dinner plates, dessert plates, napkins, forks, table cloth, toppers, custom bunting, and a custom digital invitation. All items in Essential Pack are yours to keep.

What is included in the Extra Pack?

This sustainability-conscious pack has more party goods with special touch to make your party even more EXTRA! It includes all the essential items above, as well as cups, straws, table runner, party favor bags with tags, garland, banner, décor item, and candles. The items that need to be returned to us via FREE shipping are: garland, banner, table runner, and some décor items. There will be detailed instructions with each order on which items to keep vs return.

Can I build my own party pack?

Yes! Navigate to our Build Your Own page where you can be a party pack curator using existing products! This option narrows down matching pieces based on a few questions, and it will walk you through the items you need for a party. All you have to do is choose the occasion and the style, and choose from the options to add to cart!

Can you customize and design my party pack from scratch?

Yes! Still don’t see any options that suit your needs? Go to Custom Parties  page, where we offer true customization and design services to create your very own party pack for you. You tell us what you are imagining, and we make that come to life! We will create a design board, and once we receive your approval, you will receive a Custom Party Pack delivered right to your door!

 

Return

How do I know what items need to be returned after my party?

Refer to the “Items to Return Checklist” for details on what items must be returned, since items for return will vary by order! If your party pack includes items that need to be returned, a detailed print out of specific items that need to be returned will be included, as well as the required “Postmark by” date. Essential Pack does not have any items to be returned. Extra Packs and Custom Packs have several pieces that need returned. Also, some A La Carte, and Build Your Own Packs will need to be returned.

When do I need to return my items by?

You can keep the Return Items for 5 days, starting from the day you receive your party pack. On or before the 5th day of your rental, drop off “Items to Return” at your nearest UPS location to avoid late fees. If the 5th day falls on a weekend or a holiday, please mail the “Items for Return” on the next business day before 12:00 noon. Don’t worry, in case you are still unsure, a detailed print out of specific items that need to be returned will be included in your party pack, as well as the required “Postmark by” date.

What if I lose the return shipping label?

Don’t worry, we can send you another label via email! Just request another label by contacting us via email to return@shippartyreturn.com

What if I am late for returning my Items to Return from my order?

“Items to Return” that is/are not returned on time will result in a late fee of $40 per day, per order, up to a maximum of 150% of the retail value of your associated order. We can waive the late fee one time per customer, because we totally get that life can get super busy. Just give us a heads up on when we can expect to receive the order, so we can keep an eye out for the return! For additional information, refer to Rental of Late and Non-Return Fees section.

What if I don’t return my Return Items from my order?

We are flattered that you want to keep our party pieces! But please be informed that “Items for Return” that is/are not returned on time will result in a late fee of $40 per day, per order, up to a maximum of 150% of the retail value of your associated order. If you end up paying 150% of your total order in fees, you may keep the Party Pack and all items included in the applicable order. For additional information, refer to Rental of Late and Non-Return Fees section.

Can I return just some of pieces from my order that I didn’t need or use?

If you purchased a party pack, the party goods that are sold in party packs cannot be partially returned.
